Emerald Glenn Homeowners Association, also known as the Riano Ridge community, began construction in 2025. The community will eventually consist of 451 homes, including single family and townhome style properties.

By completion, the neighborhood will consist of a pool and pool facility and over 69 acres of common areas. Additional amenities include a playground, bike path, play field and beautiful landscaping and native areas.
